009We call the day prior to travel to confirm the details of your trip.  We email you to introduce your chauffeur to you and to let you know once he or she is on the way.

Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. He has already checked the traffic and planned your route.  He is dressed professionally in a suit and the vehicle is immaculate.  Your coffee and bottled water are waiting, your preferred Sirius radio station is playing, complimentary WiFi internet is available, and candy, flowers, and the newspaper are set out for you.

On the return trip, our dispatch department monitors your flight from our office as your chauffeur monitors it from the airport on his iPad.  Regardless of whether your flight arrives early or late, your chauffeur will be there waiting for you.  We send the same introductory email with your chauffeur’s name, cell phone number, photograph, and license plate to eliminate the stress of finding each other.  We offer traditional baggage claim meet-and-greets if you like assistance with your luggage as well as curbside pickups for business travelers who prefer a speedier departure.
